Healthy Youth Kids Survey

During the week of October 13^th-17^th the Healthy Youth Kids Survey will be given to our 6^th graders. Following is a link to the survey as well as to the Healthy Youth Kids Survey website.  Flyers will be sent home Sept 25^th explaining the purpose of the survey.
